Instrument Planet is open Monday through Saturday from 8:00am MT to 6:00pm MST. Product Pricing We try to keep our catalog as accurate as possible, but we reserve the right to correct typographical errors. Prices are subject to change without notification.
We ship all orders, with in-stock merchandise, within 48 hours, excluding weekends. Exceptions to this are orders that are received outside of normal business hours, or orders that are held for pre-payment. We only ship to within the U.S.A.
All returned checks, regardless of the reason, are subject to a $20.00 charge. All unpaid balances are subject to a 1.5% interest fee from the date of the invoice. All unpaid balances that are in arrears for more than 90 days will be subject to collections.
If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason please report this to your sales representative, within 2 days of receiving the product, for a call tag. Merchandise Return Policy If you find the product to be defective, Instrument Planet will accept the returned merchandise, with a return authorization number, for, in most cases, a full credit in the amount of the original purchase price of the merchandise. To receive a Return Authorization (RA) number, call your sales representative at Instrument Planet. In some cases, returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee of up to, and including, 30%. Merchandise returned without an Authorization number may be subject to the restocking fee. Additionally, customers will not receive full credit on merchandise that is incomplete; the value of the missing parts or items will be deducted from the credit. Merchandise that has received additional damage during return, due to improper packaging, will not receive full credit. The New Vision Company maintains a strict policy of offering no cash refunds for returned merchandise. All customers will receive in-house credit that can be applied to their next order or an outstanding balance from a previous order. The New Vision Company is not responsible for refund claims or promises made by other companies that may handle The New Vision Company's merchandise, namely United Parcel Service, ABF, and FEDEX. |
